Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!!!

  • Early in the new year, consider attending the San Francisco Yoga Journal Conference, which takes place between January 12th-16th at the Hyatt.  This is a great opportunity to study with some of the best yoga teachers in the country.  Check it out!

A note from Arella...

The end of year is a great time to reflect on the year that just passed - what goals came to fruition, what goals will be carried over into the new year, and what new goals will you create for yourself?  The colder, darker weather urges us to go within to tend to our inner garden and give it the TLC it needs to blossom in the new year ahead.  Take some time to slow down, quiet the mind chatter, and listen to your heart and soul's desires.  Be the creator of your life.

"There is no chance, no destiny, no fate, that can circumvent or hinder or control the firm resolve of a determined soul." ~ Ella Wheeler Wilcox

Tips For Healthy Living

Make time to go away for a weekend or take a vacation.  Having a change of scenery does wonders for the soul and is a great way to recharge your battery!

Reach out to family and friends and stay connected. The holidays and other events bring families and friends together, which is a blessing.  The rest of the year it's up to us!

Stay warm as it gets colder outside.  Wear a scarf and a hat and for you east coasters mittens and gloves!  Drink hot teas (one of my personal favorites is hot water with fresh mint leaves and honey) and eat warm food.  Do I sound like your mother? :-)

To your radiant health!

Namaste,

Arella
